I was reading something about the Horcruxes and i wanted to confirm something in book 1.
Then it just came to me: What if JKR already revealed where the horcruxes are? She did this before, by mentioning something that appeared meaningless and later was very iportand in one of the next books!!!

So i started a little search ...

Book 1=Horcrux 1: We are reading about Gringotts. There are roumors that dragons are guarding the importand vaults. (i think on book cover for children we see a vault filled with treasures) And also on another book cover we see a dragon!! Could it be that Harry is flying to Godric's Hollow right after he killed one horcruxe in Gringott's?

Book 2=Horcrux 2: Here we allready know!! The Horcrux was in the hands of a Deatheater!
But...we learn a lot about the chamber of secrets. And im asking what if....what if there is a horcrux hidden in the chamber ..the place where LV connects with his GREAT past and proves his bloodrelation with Great Salazar Slytherin?

Book 3=Horcrux 3: Azkaban... many of LV Deatheaters and followers(Dementors) are there to guard his valueble soulpiece!!!

Book 4=Horcrux 4: Here i'm not sure!!! We learn about other schools excisting, yes, but could LV hide one horcrux there? Was Karkarof already a teacher ? Before LV fall? Is a horcrux in Durmstrang?

Book 5=Horcrux 5:Well that's kind of intresting...cause here are 2 hidding places mentioned:1.it's the part in the Ministry of magic where Harry and the other 5 tried to get in, but could'nt get the door open..i think it was the mysterie part;and 2 the order of the phoenix itself!!!

Book 6=Horcrux 6:DD and Harry went on Horcrux hunt but eventually didnt get the real one. Here is why we know in this book about the Horcrux in the OoTP:the fake one had a note that was signed as R.A.B!!We all figured it out ofcourse but im just puting my ideas on the "table"
And the other options on book 6 are a) the house of LV father...or b)the house of LV mother

Book 7=The last part of LV soul: The final battle between LV and HARRY POTTER

WAITING FOR YOUR THOUGHTS

This is a good theory.. It makes a lot of sense.

The only one I'm skeptical of is Voldemort having a piece of his soul in the DoM.. It would be really ironic if he had it in the 'Love Room.'

Btw, there's no 'e' in horcrux..
Natasha_07
First of all thanks for the correction izzerwurst!

Second...hmmhm i remembered ... in book 6 is indeed the horcrux No6. It's the ring in Gaunt's house(how could i 've forgotten about it?) wich gave DD a damaged hand!!
So let's check!! We know that 2 are destroyed. The Book(Book 2) and the ring(Book 6)! One is the medallion(Book 5)! and the last piece is LV himself(book 7).
So we just have to find out where the other 3 are mentioned. We 're missing books 1,3,4!!

That's a great topic!
Would never come up with that.
And i confirm one of it. You talk about the Department of mysteries right? In book 5 the room is described and it appears that it is the same on the US book cover! Only there is LV fighting against Harry...but i think it shows that there is a logic in your way of thinking! He can perhaps find there the last horcrux(nagini?) vanquish it and thats why LV looks that suprised! He just realised that all his soul pieces are gone

Actually i was talking about the love room....i read this theory in a topic and i found it really intriguing. ponder.gif As i say there, it could be that Harry was after nagini, kills her and begins to battle with LV ...thats why LV looks suprised. He just realises that all his Horcruxes are... puff...gone..

Do you really believe that Nagini is a horcrux? Not gonna agree with that one.DD said that its quite risky for LV to make a horcrux in something that has it's own will!!

It would be ironic and kind of subversive, but isnt this Joan's thing? She does those kind of things.

And last..what about the award of Tom Riddle, IN HOGWARTS?That can be placed in book 2 as a location

Yes i do!! DD also said that it's possible for LV to do so!Maybe that's why nagini is acting so strange.

hmm .... no i don't believe that..AF's office isn't a place for him to hide a horcrux, and would'nt there be some kind of spells? Ron touched it and nothing happend
One is the medallion(Book 5)!
where is this and how do we know it is a horcrux!!??? conf.gif

do we not think that the locket at number 12 is something fishy and worth investigating???

but i like your theory that there is a horcrux mentioned in each book but what is mentioned i can disagree on...having one in gringotts, azkaban, and one of the other schools i'm not convinced on, but if it were true...great logic!

sorry ^^^^ i mean this: One is the medallion(Book 5)!
how do we know about the medallion??

also i totally agree that nagini is a horcrux because there is a lot of evidence i've noticed in the books and films that points to her being one. Also Voldie is very much the experimental type, so i think he would think it a challenge to do something other wizards have not tried and advise against.

Let's see!!! DD and Harry found a fake medallion right?YES
And there was a note signed as RAB(Sirius' brother)Regulus Black..
In book 5 as they were cleaning the house they found a medallion that they couldn't get open...that seemed so meaningless at that point..but we know JKR does that A LOT..i bet that's a moment of those we are use to!! Remember??? Hints we overlook... come back later ... and we are like:"Ohh that's what it was"
